Detached house, 3 beds and bathroom upstairs, 1 bed and bathroom downstairs. No steps to enter property. All double bedrooms. Tucked into the corner of a quiet cul de sac. Shops, Doctors, Dentist, schools, parks and pub, all a 5 minute walk away. Beach is a 5/10 minute drive. Bexhill-on-sea is nestled in between Eastbourne and Hastings. We have several community events throughout the year. It is a wonderful town to live in where strangers say hi as they walk by, everyone helps their neighbour and in times of crisis, we all pull together. I am happy to be part of a multi swap. My home does need some tlc and decorating, carpets replacing etc but if you have an open mind you will see the huge potential this home has. The only reasons for moving are 1. There are only two of us living here now and 2. Due to mobility issues I can no longer stay on top of the cleaning decorating. Any questions, please pm me🌻
