1. Register for Free

Create your account and fill in your profile.

Add details of your current property (number of bedrooms, rent, location, etc.).

2. List Your Home

Upload photos and describe your property honestly.

Highlight key features (garden, parking, accessibility, transport links).

3. Search for Matches

Browse available homes by area, size, and type.

Save favourites and Contact listing owners.

4. Connect with Tenants

Message other tenants through the website.

Discuss details and arrange viewings if both are interested.

5. Agree on a Swap

Once you find a suitable match, both households confirm they want to proceed.

6. Get Landlord Approval

Each tenant applies to their landlord/housing association and fills in Mutual exchange forms.

Landlords check tenancy conditions, suitability, and property needs.

Decision is usually given within 42 days.

7. Plan Your Move

If approved, agree on a moving date.

Sign new tenancy agreements.

Arrange removals, utilities, and council tax updates.

8. Enjoy Your New Home!

Move in and start fresh in your new property.
