Refund Terms
1. General
We are committed to providing a fair and transparent service. This Refund Policy sets out when and how refunds may apply under UK consumer law.
2. Free Services
- Access to free listings and features does not involve any payment, so refunds do not apply.
3. Paid Listings & Packages
- When you purchase a listing package, upgrade, or featured placement, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK law.
- However, if you choose to publish or activate your listing immediately, you agree that the service has begun and the right to cancel with a full refund no longer applies.
- If you cancel within 14 days and before your listing goes live, you may request a refund.
4. Subscriptions / Memberships (if applicable)
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account.
- When cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and before accessing members-only services, you may request a full refund.
5. Technical Issues
- If a technical error on our part prevents your listing or package from being used, we will either:
- Extend your package at no extra cost, or
- Issue a refund.

7. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You have already used the service (e.g. published your listing).
- You change your mind after using the package.
- You breach our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
⚖️ Important: By purchasing and choosing to activate a listing package immediately, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right once the service has begun.
